Information and sources
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country or region, project description, message and conversation history. Our planned dedicated expandable-house form saves the email entered in its first step; WhatsApp is required to complete the enquiry, while name, country and project details are optional. Existing contact forms may have different fields until they are aligned. We also keep limited submission context and technical records needed to prevent abuse or delivery errors.
We may review relevant, publicly displayed business contacts in permitted company, directory or procurement sources. Where source rules and applicable law permit, we may also review a public request from an individual who has deliberately invited suppliers to respond to a relevant housing project. Public availability alone does not authorise unrestricted marketing or collection of private household details. Please do not send sensitive information or details about another person without permission.
Why we use it
We use contact details to answer your expandable-house enquiry, request a missing WhatsApp detail needed to complete that same enquiry, check an email address against our internal customer pool for duplicates, and prepare a lead for manual allocation to a sales colleague. We may keep relevant correspondence, security and suppression records and measure which pages or campaigns produce enquiries. We do not treat an enquiry as consent to unrelated promotional email lists. If you ask us to stop marketing contact, we keep only the minimum record needed to honour that choice.
Rules may normalise contacts, detect duplicates and identify whether required details are present. An AI provider is not currently connected for this website enquiry workflow. The tool does not automatically quote a price, agree a contract or transfer a lead to sales; a person exports and allocates qualified leads.
Who may receive it and where
Only authorised personnel and providers needed for website hosting, business email, messaging, customer-system lookup, security, backup and website measurement may receive relevant data for their functions. We do not sell personal information. Our local lead-generation tool may process Australian enquiry data in China. Other providers may also process data outside Australia; we will maintain an up-to-date provider and location record and provide further information on request. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect legal rights.
Keeping information
Customer enquiry and sales history may be archived for a long period while a customer relationship, follow-up need, dispute or legal obligation remains. Older records may be moved to controlled historical storage. We review the continued need for identifiable records and delete or de-identify them when that need ends, subject to lawful exceptions and the minimum record needed to respect a do-not-contact request. A partially completed enquiry is used only for limited completion follow-up, not an unrelated campaign.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your information and ask us to consider deletion or stopping a particular use. Australian privacy complaints may also be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where its jurisdiction applies.
Website technologies and security
The site uses WordPress and loads Google Analytics through Site Kit and a Cloudflare site-measurement beacon. Form-protection services may also be used. Those services may receive browser or device data or use cookies or similar storage. We will provide a separate clear notice or choice where required by the technologies actually enabled. We use access controls, encrypted transport where supported, signed delivery for website enquiries, audit records and operational pause controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We will review this policy when our collection methods, providers or legal obligations change.
